MIYREVA Terms of Service

Article 1 — Seller

Article 2 — Acceptance

Any order on miyreva.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Article 3 — Products

MIYREVA markets cosmetic skincare products compliant with the European Cosmetic Regulation (EC No 1223/2009) and notified to the CPNP.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. French VAT at 20% applies for deliveries within the EU. For shipments outside the EU: customs duties at the buyer's expense.

Article 5 — Order and payment

Full payment via our secure e-commerce provider, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. Secure transactions TLS 1.3 + PCI-DSS Level 1.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code (art. L221-18), you have 14 days from receipt. MIYREVA extends to 30 days as a commercial gesture. Exception: unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned (art. L221-28 5°).

Article 8 — Legal guarantees

Conformity guarantee (art. L217-3 to L217-17, 2 years) + hidden defects guarantee (art. 1641 French Civil Code) + Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).

Article 9 — Liability

The liability of Sunyves Limited / MIYREVA Paris cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or insurmountable act of a third party.

Article 10 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law (EU residents) or British law (UK residents). Any dispute shall be referred to the Consumer Ombudsman and, failing that, to the competent courts.
