Formulas & Ingredients
Are your formulas cruelty-free? Yes, Leaping Bunny certified.
Made in France? All our formulas are designed and manufactured in Grasse, France. Some precious ingredients are sourced globally (neroli from Tunisia, camellia from Japan).
Suitable for sensitive skin? All our formulas are dermatologically tested. A sensitive skin notice accompanies each relevant product.
Vegan? Most of our formulas are vegan. The marine bio-collagen in our Mask Bio-Collagène is of animal origin (fish) — clear mention on the product page.
Returns & Refunds
Return policy? 30 days from receipt. Product unopened or barely used, in original packaging.
Return shipping fees? Returns within France free. Outside France: at customer's expense.
Samples & Gift Sets
How to receive samples? 2 complimentary samples for any order ≥ €50.
Gift sets? All our products are available in gift sets (€5 surcharge) with handwritten personalised card.
