MIYREVA Refund Policy
Return Period — 30 Days
You have 30 days from receipt to return any MIYREVA product, no questions asked.
Conditions
- Product in perfect condition, in its original packaging
- MIYREVA seal unbroken (for untested products) OR product used less than 30%
- Original accessories and ritual card included
Procedure
- Email hello@miyreva.com with your order number
- Within 24 hours, you will receive a prepaid return label (France) or international instructions
- Drop off the package at a post office / relay point
- Refund issued within 5-7 days after receipt and verification
Return Fees
- Metropolitan France: free (prepaid label provided)
- Europe & International: at customer's expense (~€15-30 depending on destination)
Refund Method
Refund to the original payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay). Bank processing time: 5-15 days depending on issuer.

- Digital gift cards
- Personalized products (engraving, monogram)
Defective or Incorrect Product
