General Terms and Conditions of Sale MIYREVA

Article 1 — Seller

Article 2 — Acceptance

Any order on miyreva.com implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 3 — Products

MIYREVA markets cosmetic care products compliant with the European Cosmetic Regulation (EC n°1223/2009) and notified to the CPNP. Visuals are as faithful as possible but may present slight variations.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are in euros, including all taxes. French VAT at 20% applies. For shipments outside the EU: customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 5 — Order and payment

Full payment via our secure e-commerce provider, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna. Transactions secured by TLS 1.3 + PCI-DSS Level 1.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code (art. L221-18), you have 14 days upon receipt. MIYREVA extends this to 30 days as a commercial gesture. Exception: unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned (art. L221-28 5°).

Article 8 — Legal guarantees

Guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 to L217-17, 2 years) + guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 French Civil Code).

Article 9 — Liability

MIYREVA SAS cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or an unavoidable act by a third party.

Article 10 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be submitted to the Consumer Mediator, and failing that, to the courts of Paris.
